Sport and exercise helps to keep your mitochondria alert and active, burning fat to create yet more energy. An effective combination of resistance, endurance and flexibility training will increase your muscle mass. Your body becomes a fat-burning machine and you can remain fit and slender for the rest of your life.

Insured persons with a basics health insurance can benefit from our services as self-pay patients. Depending on whether you are a private patient and what services / treatments you wish to use, the billing modalities are different. If you have any questions, we are happy to meet with you in our studio. Private insured or additional insured persons can settle certain treatment costs with their health insurance. Please bring a prescription with you.
