About Sabine Heijman

Even though I was very fit and successful (I used to be a top athlete for the National team and an international communication expert), but I also felt stressed and anxious, which made me forget how to listen to my body and trust my instincts.

I truly wanted to feel my best and help my clients do the same…so I invested in my knowledge.

After coaching for nutrition and sports, I studied neuroscientific coaching and positive psychology for behavior change. Moreover I found mentors and great network that guided me.

After almost 15 years I now have worked with over 9,000 clients and read hundreds books, focusing solely on holistic health.

From all this, I developed a bulletproof health and wellness method to regain control of my body and mind to thrive healthy in life.

My clients and I (almost 50) have never been so fit, energized and excited as now!

As an awesomeness-based coach, I focus on your strengths, superpowers, and successes that are already available to maximize the results.

Location:

Pick-up at the Church di S. Margherita a Mantana, 39030 St. Lorenzo in Sabato or at the Train Station. From Airport Innsbruck or Munich you can choose the train to Station Ehrenburg/Casteldarne (2,5 – 3,5 hours) or take a taxi (1,5 – 3,5 hours).
