Calorie-poor Energy Smoothies

In your daily life your can replace a few meals by healthy (green) smoothies. Smoothies often serve as an entry point for a generally healthier lifestyle, helps relieve the gastrointestinal tract, stimulates your metabolism and nice to have: you will lose fat!

If you make your smoothies at home, you can pick the best ingredients! The higher your amount of vegetables, the healthier and calorie-poor your smoothie becomes. Want inspiration? I created three delicious smoothies for you. The nice consequences are more energy, less fatigue or tiredness, a radiant skin, a stronger immune system, improved intestinal health and a faster fat loss!

Your Health Coach recommends these three star smoothies:

Green Power:
• 1 kiwi (peeled)
• 1/2 green apple
• 1/2 cucumber
• 1/2 avocado
• 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
• 1 bunch of peppermint
• 2 handful spinach (young)
• 100ml almond milk
• 100ml spring water

Yellow Power:
• 1/2 pear
• 1/2 banana
• Juice of 1/2 lime
• 2 carrots
• 2 tbsp of hemp seed
• 1/2 teaspoon stevia
• 1/2 teaspoon linseed oil
• 100ml almond milk
• 100ml spring water

Red Power:
• 1 apple
• 1/4 mango
• 25 g fresh cranberries
• 2 beetroots (peeled)
• 1/2 red onion
• 1/2 teaspoon linseed oil
• 100ml almond milk
• 100ml spring water
