2 Simple MINDSETS to Make more Progress!

A few days ago, a client told me that after a stressful day, she often relaxes with a few glasses of wine and neglects to exercise. However, when she goes to bed, she feels really bad about herself. She frequently decides to completely overhaul her life starting the next day and do better.

Let me tell you, that approach won’t work. If you try to change everything at once, you won’t be able to sustain it for long.

So, here’s a gentle reminder: you don’t have to completely transform your entire lifestyle overnight to start living a healthier, happier, and more energized life.

Truth be told, adopting an “all or nothing” mindset often leads to giving up early. It becomes too overwhelming to maintain. You’ll end up feeling worse when you slip back into old habits like excessive drinking or overeating, which can lead to an even unhealthier lifestyle with increased health risks or weight gain.

How many times have you found yourself struggling to balance your daily responsibilities AND work on your health, shape, and fitness goals?

If you’re nodding and thinking, “every darn time,” then this is your friendly wake-up call: it doesn’t have to be this difficult! 😊

They tend to focus on what’s familiar and find it challenging to take small steps and recognize them as progress (similar to how we learned to ride a bike as children).

But as an adult, you have the power to stop this behavior and write a new success story.

Instead, embrace a journey of consistent, manageable changes that fit into YOUR life, YOUR schedule, and YOUR pace. 💪
