🙄 broken down easily (less chewing), and
🙄 low volume (doesn’t take up much physical space).

Bloating occurs also after eating:
🏻 too often, too quick
🏻 kids leftovers
🏻 dinners out, orders in
🏻 too much alcohol, too less water
🏻 too much fat, sugar, salt
->>> Solution: cook @ home more often and… eat
High Fiber + High Volume = More #chewing = Eating Less
