Slimming Power Protein Pancakes

Public Holiday late breakfast – Superb tasty with mouth watering flavour. Still clean for a slim, tight and defined body. For one person mix:

  • 30 g fine oats or buckwheat flour
  • 15 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp. psyllium

→ Men just take 50 g oats 😉 More recipes for men here!

  • 25 g cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Add some water to get the right texture/fluid
  • Fry in some coconut oil and decorate with berries, coconut flakes, honey and roasted haselnuts
