Say YES to Writing!

Tell me, when is the last time you wrote something? Wrote, like really writing something with pen or paper or through typing. Personal #writing has been linked with a number of benefits for both #body and #mind. So if it’s been awhile, you might want to consider getting back into the practice or try if it is #beneficial for you too!

🙋🏻‍♀️ I remember it from a long time ago – school times – but also now as in the moment I am following an online university study. Writing helps me to learn!

🙋🏻‍♀️ I’ve never kept a diary consequently, but in my personal life, I’ve had thoughts and feelings that were overloading for me – after a traumatic situation or event. Especially then, writing have helped me to express my #emotions and speed #healing.

🙋🏻‍♀️ I don’t do this myself, because I speak out these things loudly, but keeping a #gratitude#journal could help you feel happier. A tip a gave some customers: Every day, write down something where you are grateful for, keep those little papers with your words into a Vase, pick one out whenever you are experiencing ‚challenging“ times. Do it short before #sleeping and you might sleep better too.

🙋🏻‍♀️ Since May 2022 I start writing on a daily base and with totally personal stuff on my Website-Blog and therefor also on Social Media. It directly took out the pressure of being „good“ at communicating about „health topics and behavior change“ Now that I have let go of that, and I am just writing about what is on my mind – in the context of habits that give me a „good feeling“ it improved my Insta-mood and took out a bit of stress to perform! For some people writing will reduce depressive symptoms and as well bring more physical benefits too.
