Why did you start the “Deep Health Transformation” and working with me, what was the problem?

My goals have always been to live a more vital and healthy lifestyle, have a lean and tight body, and feel confident and be an example for others.

What is/was your biggest obstacle to overcoming this problem?:

My biggest obstacle to overcome is that I struggled to find the motivation and focus to tackle these goals. As a sensitive person and perfectionist, I became frustrated when nothing I tried seemed to work. The idea of making significant changes to my lifestyle and integrating these changes in my busy life overwhelmed me, even though I wanted to improve my overall well-being.

How did you experience the Deep Health Program (1:1 coaching, group coaching, retreats, masterclasses, provide self study knowledge) until now?:

I experienced the Program really good and inspiring! I learned a lot!

What did you learn during the program that will help you overcome this obstacle?

With Sabine’s guidance, I learned to focus better and embrace small steps towards a healthier life and find a balanced routine. I’ve learned to celebrate each small achievement, no matter how seemingly insignificant, as they contribute to the bigger picture of a healthier, fitter, and happier life.

What has the Deep Health Program taught you, what will help succeeding now?:

I know now, that the growing conviction that I can change something myself, develop my self care skills and get a more stable and relaxt life, is possible to implement during my real life.

What is different after the your first months in the Deep Health Program?:

I have already much more focus and I am more aware of what I need and what I want. It’s still a challenge, because I am learning to let control and things that are out of my reach go and stay focused on myself. But I know better what steps to take to reach my health and fitness goals.

Why is that important to you?:

For me making a change in my lifestyle is so important for a healthier and more vital life so that I can be an example for my children. 

What are you particularly grateful to me for?:

You helped me understand that finding balance doesn’t mean achieving perfection in every aspect; it’s about progress and growth and showing up in the long run.
